PHOTOSHOP PHUCKERY
Just some shit I did for various Rotten Tomatoes forum "Photoshop Contest" threads relating to specific films.The first one was for a thread on Doctor Octopus from Spider-Man 2, and one of the images was him and Spider-Man on top of a train, so I thought of the classic Sega Genesis game Revenge of Shinobi, where there is both a level wherein you fight on top of a train and, very bizarrely, Spider-Man as a level boss. (The Japanese version also had Batman and Godzilla, used without permission, as level bosses, but, when the game was released in North America, they only secured permission from Marvel and not D.C. Comics/Warner Bros. or Toho.)
Yes, I should have added a shadow for Joe Hisashi, I know.
The other two are for the new Will Smith movie, I, Robot.
One of the pictures provided had Will Smith and Bridget Moynahan riding a motorcycle in order to evade a robot, so I thought of robots and motorcycles and immediately thought of that pop-culture reference that everyone in North America knows...
...Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou!
See, it's funny because Alpha and Kokone, on the yellow motorscooter, are actually robots... except they're really nice robots, so it would be unlikely that Will Smith and Bridget Moynahan would be trying to get away from them.
Yeah, funnier if you get the reference.
The other one is easier... I know why Ken Jennings can't lose on Jeopardy... he's a robot!
