DO YOU LIKE FORD MUSTANGS?

My brother, John, who owns a 2004 Ford Mustang GT (from just before they re-introduced an updated version of the classic Mustang design), was one of many Vancouver-area Mustang owners who participated in a public auto display yesterday called the Sounds of Summer Ford Mustang Show and Shine at the Kingsway Corporate Centre in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, which was held in order to raise money for the Children's Wish Foundation.
My brother has uploaded a public album of pictures he took at the Sounds of Summer Mustang Show and Shine event to Flickr. Most of the photos in the album are of small details on the cars, or what would be called "inserts" in the motion picture vernacular (think of the scene in the display garage in Ferris Bueller's Day Off when Cameron's father's Ferrari 250 GT California Spider is first introduced, and the camera shows details on the car, which is, incidentally, about the only time in the movie that you see a real F-250 GT and not a mock-up built for filming purposes... anyway, John likes those kinds of "insert" detail shots).
John took a handful of "full body shots", including this one, of his own daily-use car surrounded by collectables (his car does have the white racing stripes, though), but, if you want to see more of the whole car, Flickr member msebenda also has put up a public album of the Sounds of Summer Mustang Show and Shine event, which has cars I would have taken a lot of pictures of had I been there, especially the Ford GT (a black one and a blue one with racing stripes) and the Shelby Cobra 427, which I think is about the nicest-looking 60s car after the Ferrari 250 GT and maybe the Austin-Healey 3000 Mark II (which I am somewhat predisposed to liking, having spent so much time drawing one).
I have my own "Cars, Mostly Ferraris" album at Flickr, showing off a selection of car pictures which can also be seen in my Fotopic gallery, but there's not a single damn Mustang in there yet.
